In my recent interview with Regan Archibald of East West Health, he asked me, "What does it mean to be 'defiantly committed?'"
I use this phrase a lot when working with clients if they've fallen off-track in pursuit of their goals.
Because commitment only takes you so far. You can't just toy with the idea of a goal, you have to be all in.
Watch this interview segment where I talk about being defiantly committed and how the locks in your goals.>
You have to be willing to ask yourself, "What am I willing to do at all costs, no matter what anyone does or thinks?"
Being committed can only go so far if you allow other people's version of commitment, or lack of it, get in your way. Never let any idea get in the way of your goals. Be defiantly committed to them. Click To Tweet
To be unshakeable in your goals, use this mantra:
People at the top of the game get there by being defiantly committed.
Nothing gets in their way.
And if they fall off-track, they get back on as fast as possible.
Because no one else's version of life is more important then their own.
By being DEFIANTLY COMMITTED, you build the conviction that you are absolutely going to accomplish your goal, no matter what.
