As you read this...I am embarking on a journey around the world.

It all started with a one-way ticket to New Zealand.

Actually it started way before that, in 2006, when I got my first taste of traveling abroad. In one year, I was blessed to experience the cultures of Morocco, Switzerland, Australia, and New Zealand in a whirlwind 6-month period.

It was a time in my life when I was truly the happiest because I was truly the most...me.

I found my home in New Zealand. Spiritually, I connected there more than anywhere I have in the planet, and it crushed my spirit to leave.

You see, my archetype is the explorer, and nothing makes me more blissed out than travel.

Truth be told, I believe we’re all explorers. We are all destined to wander in this life to discover who we truly are. To get curious. To discover. To play. To lust for things that makes our souls sing.

But like most, my eyes were set on a path, and I would spend the next 10+ years of my life wishing I could travel, but always finding reasons I couldn’t.

I built my own trap. I became that bird in a cage. Built slowly, bar by bar, from an avalanche choices made by my high-achieving meets people-pleasing self.

Masked by the chase of success...I forgot to pursue my true dream and live into the explorer that I am.

I faced a ton of burnout, anxiety, bottomless self-loathing, and success, I might add, along the way.

I became a doctor. I built a successful practice. I lived in the big city to chase the big money.

I found the success at a cost. I found it in 50 hour work weeks, exhaustion, and no life to speak of.

I was lost.

What was I really chasing after all? The things I thought I was supposed to do? The things that were dictated by my choice in degree, career, location?

It was but a path. One of many, and one of many I’ve left.

Getting madly in love with my wander started when I left that path behind. I quit the practice. I left the city. I sold everything I owned to live out of a suitcase.

All to strip away everything I knew, from the labels to the doubts to the obligations, and discover who I really am.

Travel is my greatest joy. From the smell of jet fuel to waiting at the gate to arriving at a new destination. Travel is the epitome of novelty and growth.

I believe that travel is the path to self-discovery that we all seek.

For most of my life, I have daydreamed about being a travel journalist, photographer, storyteller, and nomad.

I kept those dreams tucked in a corner, as I tended to things closer to home. All important. All valuable. No regrets.

But the home I neglected was my soul. My deeper dream. My true quest.

Until now.

I left my path to find my truth…

So that I can help you find yours.

My fellow wanderer, there are layers to be peeled away. The excuses, guilt, doubt, regret, and fears that have been holding you back...

Inside of you is a version that is waiting to break free, if you have the courage to connect with it.

Let's find your wander.

Fuel Your Wander

The 90 Day Life

Putting Your Bucketlist on Hold?

This book is the culmination of lessons learned when I sold everything I owned to live out of a suitcase. For years, I felt trapped. By past decisions, guilt, fear, and feeling my light get dimmer with each passing birthday.

My wake up led to a 3-month journey that gave me the gift of impermanence, so I use the time in front of me, rather than put my dreams on hold.

Though this journey, I learned that by stripping away the life you know, you get to discover you really are.

Most people wait for some golden time in the hazy future to truly live, all to watch the weeks and years tick by stuck in the hamster of life.

What I discovered is that there are 9 steps to build a life of adventure and freedom.

In this book, I will show you how to apply these steps into your own 90 Day Life Challenge, so you stop waiting and start living.

Live now and never take time for granted.
